
Like the travel industry as a whole, the travel insurance and assistance business is evolving and growing. It directly contributes more than a $1 billion to the U.S. economy. Our companies are an important part of making sure travel works well… even during a constantly changing world environment and personal circumstances.

We encourage you to apply and become involved in our activities. Here are the membership categories:
Regular Members include insurance companies, reinsurance companies, captive insurance companies, TPAs, Managing General Underwriters, Managing General Agents in travel insurance, as well as insurance brokers with revenue mostly derived from travel insurance.
Annual dues for regular members are $5,000 per company. Each regular member company is entitled to four individuals who can participate on committees, receive discounts at conferences, etc. Regular Member companies may add participants at $500 per person. Nine of the 11 board seats are designated to this class of membership.
Associate Members include assistance companies, air ambulance companies, travel suppliers and software providers.
Annual dues for Associate Members are $1,000 per company and allow one individual to participate on committees, receive conference discounts, etc. Additional individuals cost $250 per year. Two of the 11 board seats are designated to this class of membership.
If you do not meet the definition of a Regular or Associate Member but would like to receive communications and attend events, you could become a Subscriber Member for $150 per year.
